First Washington DUI (Fort Lauderdale DUI)
In the case of a first offence, minimum one day, or greater than one year in prison. The court can delay or suspend the sentence only when it finds that the prisoner is at a danger of serious harm to the physical or mental health. The cost of fines
The BAC per se limit is Not more than $5,000 nor less than $300.

In addition, a charge of $125 is imposed on those who have been convicted or given deferred prosecution in the event of arrest or a sentence that is lesser charge. The Washington State Toxicology Laboratory receives this amount.
Additional $500 is charged in order to fund the compensation fund for the victim. A majority of the fine is used to the safety and education program.

Conditions of License
First-time offenders only receive a conditional license once they’ve been found guilty.
Have completed the compulsory suspension duration.
Second Washington DUI Offenders (Fort Lauderdale DUI offense)
Prison: Minimum of 30 days up to 1 year. Home monitoring up to 60 days.
Fines and costs:
Second offenses occur in the event that the BAC levels fall below.15 minimum $500, and maximum $5,000.
